1 General Terms and Nature of Agreement

By accessing the tk366 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement forms a valid and binding legal contract between you and tk366.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To register with tk366, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents or certificates at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts will be permanently closed. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, our support team must be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, tk366 has the right to close the account and forfeit any unearned funds.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at tk366 is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which applies equally to all payment methods. We accept the following payment methods:

• After claiming a bonus, the conditions must be met within a specified time limit.

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — it becomes withdrawable only after the conditions are met.

4.2 VIP Program

tk366's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and participation. Higher tiers come with additional benefits and special offers.

4.3 General Conditions for Promotional Offers

All promotions and offers have their own terms and conditions which are detailed on the promotions page. tk366 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the tk366 platform:

• Fraudulent activity or using another person's identity
• Strategically abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting / arbitrage)
• Using software or automation to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach the platform's security
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes and Fair Play

All games on tk366 are operated using reliable technology and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Game Interruptions and Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, server interruption, or internet connectivity issue, tk366 may void the result of that round and return the bet. In such cases, tk366's decision is final.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

The terms and conditions of game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others may also apply. The terms of these providers remain in effect alongside tk366's terms.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by tk366

tk366 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete or cooperate with KYC verification
• Failure to meet legal requirements
• Long-term inactive account (after notification)

7.2 Account Closure by the User
